Papa Muʻo Beginner Hawaiian Language 2
Papa Muʻo is a second-level beginner Hawaiian language online course designed for students who completed Papa Kupu and students who have had some prior language experience. Students who enroll in this course should be comfortable with the concepts taught in Papa Kupu (see description).
In Papa Muʻo, students will learn a/a me (and), pluralization, nā māka painu (tense), makemake, and kino ʻō/kino ʻā classification.
'Ike kūpuna (ancestral wisdom) is shared through ʻōlelo noʻeau (Hawaiian proverbs) and wahi pana (storied places) to reinforce Hawaiian culture and worldview.
The course is asynchronous (completely online). You can join at any time and work at your own pace. There are no scheduled meeting times.
